As one of three leads on a cross-agency team spanning nine departments, I helped drive Comerica’s digital content strategy from the ground up. We developed core topic buckets aligned with business priorities, audience intent, and SEO opportunity — building a full-funnel editorial program that included blogs, infographics, thought-leadership white papers, and eBooks. I oversaw topic ideation, production workflows, and QA for all content published to Comerica’s Insights hub (built on AEM), ensuring consistency, clarity, and performance.

In addition to evergreen content, I supported creative for major campaigns, including “Detroit’s Biggest Fan”, a multi-channel engagement initiative in partnership with the Detroit Lions.
