I partnered with Lasko to support the launch of their online self-service center — a large-scale video initiative of product demos aimed at improving customer experience and reducing support volume. I edited over 50 video scripts, working closely with subject matter experts and product stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment with brand voice.

In addition to scripting, I coordinated with our internal video team to manage timelines, deliveries, and approvals — keeping production on track and content consistent across product lines. The videos collectively earned over 1 million views, including one with 93,000 views in just two years — turning customer education into a scalable, long-term solution.
